Death of Derek (Blacky) Causton 3RGJ

Derek (Blacky) Causton gave up his brave fight against Cancer last night after battling with it for several years.  

Ex 3rd Bn Green Jackets seeing service in Borneo, Felixstowe and Germany, former member of 6 Pln B Company.

On leaving the Regiment in Germany in 1970 Derek settled down in Felixstowe.

No details as yet regarding the funeral which I will post as soon as I have them.

RIP Derek and Condolences to Carol and the family.

So sorry to hear about Derek, we were in the anti-tank platoon then support company together he was a good lad.

My condolences to his family at this sad time.
