Gentlemen,

I would like to thank you all, for the great postings on the memorial site, for our Mick.

I have shown your comments to a  few of Mick's close civilian mates, they were quite amazed at the sincerety of our Regiment, and indeed how close we are after so many years. I am and know that you are, and Mick was, very proud of what we have.

What a credit.

Mick will be at his final resting place tomorrow, we as a family have had fantastic support to ensure all goes well, Mick's coffin will be draped with our Regimental flag, his beret and medals on top.
His coffin will be supported by six ex regimental friends.

The final curtains will be slowly drawn to the sounding of the last post.
