My Dad never stopped talking about his War Army days. Even on his last day, he was telling me about when his reg where taking the prisioners of war in Germany and his officer wouldnt let them go in the trucks. He said let them walk so my Dad and the rest of the reg had to walk them 6 miles. My Dad Henry is being cremated at the Surrey/West Sussex Crem on the Balcombe Road, Crawley, West Sussex on thursday 2nd Oct at 1.30pm in St Richards Chapel. Another War Veteren gone but never forgotton. R I P Dad.
