Ex 2RGJ Bugler Jim McQuaid who lived at Oldbury died on the 18th November and his funeral will be held next Thursday at 12-15 the 27th November at Powke Lane Crematorium, Rowley Regis B65 OAG.  A reception will be held afterwards at Brandhall Lane Labour Club, Tame Road, Oldbury B68 OJT.  All are welcome.  Jim was the son of the late Bugle Major Chesty McQuaid of the Rifle Brigade.  It is hoped that Bugle Major Terry McCann will be able to arrange a Bugler and a Regimental flag will be provided by Richard Frost.

My name is dwayne mcquaid and i am jim mcquaid's eldest son.  I would like to pass on my families thanks to you all for remembering our dad in such a wonderfull way and to his life in the regiment which he loved so much.  All are wellcome to attend the service onThursday at powke lane crematorium and at brandhall labour club afterwards.
