I have just returned home after attending the Repatriation of these Riflemen on this wet, sad day it was very moving to take part, it is hard to say how many lined the High Street in Wootton Bassett, but it was many many hundreds from, young Rifles Cadets to a Normandy Veteran, civillians and many Cap Badges from Regiments now long gone.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them.
