Pauline, my mother, passed away on Saturday 8th May. I know both her and Brian would like to me let everyone know the news.
Both her and Brian haven't been in the best of health recently and only met each other later on in their lives but they enjoyed the years they had and were both very happy together. I know Brian would wish me to pass the information on to their friends and people who knew her. Brian is currently in hospital himself but will be returning home soon when help is in place for him to be able to cope without my mother being there.
Her funeral will be held at Greenwood Burial Ground at Farnham at 11am on Thursday 20th May. Her wishes were to have what is called a "Green Burial" without a church service but their will be a catholic minister present at the graveside who will complete the service, with sandwiches laid on afterwards at The Railway Pub in Aldeburgh. As this is a green site and they don't wish too many flowers at the graveside as these will only be eaten by the local deer! I have asked that anyone wishing to, can make a donation to the Tony Brown's Funeral Service, New Cut, Saxmundham, IP17 1EH where all donations will be forwarded to The British Heart Foundation.
