Capt Hugh Clark MC late of the Oxf. & Bucks LI died 11 Sep 2010. He joined 52^nd in Sep 1944 and was with B Coy throughout the Ardennes campaign. During Operation Varsity he won the MC on 24 Mar 1945 for recapturing a bridge over the River Issel which is a contributory of the Rhine. He was demobbed from Palestine at the end of 1946. He was a very active member of the 52^nd reunions.
