I regret to inform you that Michael (Mike) Shannon,( Corporal 24037909) Date of Birth 30.05.1949, formerly of 3 RGJ, died on 21^st December after a long illness.  Mike had been living in Currum Downs in Victoria and is survived by his wife Wendy. Wendy has informed me that Mike will be buried in his Rifle Green Blazer. Those in Perth will remember that Mike came across for the Anzac Day March in 2007 when The Rifles Band & Bugles joined the Australasian Branch for the march.
