General Sir David Mostyn KCB CBE  sadly died at 1315hrs on Saturday 20th January 2007.  His funeral will be a family service. 

There will be a Thanksgiving Service at 1430hrs on Tuesday 20th February 2007 at Downside Abbey, Stratton on the Fosse, Radstock, Nr Bath.

I was posted to Letter B Company 1st Green Jackets 43rd & 52nd in 1963 as Company Clerk, at that time Sir David was Company Commander I remember him as a real gentleman.   Sincere condolences to his family.
