I am posting this on behalf of Rebeca Holmes, Steves partner.

The scumbag responsible for steve's murder was today sentenced to life with a recommendation that he serves a minimum of 14 years.

 BETTER STILL HAND HIM OVER TO A FEW EX PALS OF STEVE'S I AM SURE WE COULD COME UP WITH A MORE APT AND VERY  PAINFULL FORM OF PUNISHMENT THAT WOULD HELP EASE PRISON OVER CROWDING.
