Death of George Sutherland ex KRRC

George Sutherland who served with 2KRRC at the Defence of Calais and was taken POW, spending five years in captivity has died.  His funeral will be at The City of London Crematorium, Manor Park, East London on Thursday, January 22nd at 14-30hrs.  If you live in the area and are able to attend you will be most welcome.  Refreshments will be served at the Royal British Legion Club, Leytonstone afterwards.

R.I.P. George, another true hero who wore rifle green  has gone but never will be forgotten. thank you George, sympathy and condolences to the Family at this sad time .
