On hearing about the passing on of Mick, as brought home a few things in life. We can be good friends, old friends or just mates. But in the end, We are all comrades. Mick and I with Malcolm Donnison,David Howes and others spent a good time together in germany, singapore and of couse the distant JR coy. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. And to mick himself Rest In Peace good Friend.
Mick passed away aged 50 in July 2005, he had served in the 3rd Bn and later worked in the security profession. I was unaware of his passing away and will take this opportunity to express my sadness, and to pass on my condolence to his family. I hope the the grief of his passing has eased over the intervening years. David A. has left a tribute on the "Gonetoosoon website" . Rest In Peace Mick.
