For those that didnt know Ian Rosser, 2RGJ and 3RGJ(short while) Parachute team and 2 Brigade died suddenly a year ago today 28th May 2008.I should like to use this board to remember him and sadly inform those of you that didn't know.Ian was a great Soldier, Husband, Father, and family man, he had two familys both were important to him.His Wife Julie-Ann and his little girl Fiona-Ann(who he used to refer to as the nipper or Monkey), the other family were you the readers his Royal Green Jacket Family.So now he is High on a Hill with the chosen men.Remember him.
Rest in Peace Ian.

Even though I perhaps did not know Ian personally, he was my brother as are all Riflemen past and present.
We do not forget our brothers!

lived next 2 u both at anzio cresent dover so sorry 2 hear about ian .was a bit of a shock.he was a well liked and always go out of his way 2 help anybody.my thoughts are with u both

I have just read this post and was shocked to see Ians name on here.  I have fond memories of him and his jazzed bike that he used to run around camp with.  I also remember the time him and the RSM (Pete Bullard) going out when the riots in Banja Luka where going on and they returned with smashed windows.

Rest in piece Ian and i will have a beer with you when i get to the final reorg.
