Col Hearn will be missed by the Army, but much more by his family.  A really good officer, that I remember well and respected.

There are some people who pass through our lives and then, there are those who change our lives.
Shane Hearn changed my life and I wil forever appreciate it.
As a NIG Rifleman, I joined C Company of 2RGJ in Westminster Bks, Minden.   Shane Hearn was the Company Commander.
Everyone in C Coy will know what he made us into and the times we celebrated together.

Shane Hearn, thank you for making me into a Rifleman of C Company.

Celer et Audax, Sir !
