Sadly, Just to let all those of you that knew Jean Frank's Wife, he has asked me to let you know that She was killed in a road traffic accident this afternoon Monday 15th March 2010. Jean and Frank had just spent a great weekend at Felixstowe with the Suffolk Branch so every one here is deeply saddened by this great loss and we all pass on to Frank and his family our deepest Sympathy at this very sad time. I will let you have details as soon as I can.

Funeral Arrangements
Jeans funeral and cremation will take place at Peterborough Crematorium on Tuesday 30th March at 12.30pm followed by a reception at March Conservative Club, Creek Road, from 14.30hrs. All regimental friends able to do so are welcome to attend.
No flowers please but donations are requested to either the Rifles Benevolent Trust or the Help for Heroes charities.

Frank. so very shocked and saddened on the sudden loss of your wife Jean, we were looking forward to your next visit to Thailand this year where Jean so loved to "Shop till she dropped" what a lovely lady. Our heartfelt condolence to You and your family in this time of loss.
Frank mate what can I say, I am absolutely stunned by this tragic news. Jean was the last person that we spoke to on Saturday night before we came home and that will be our lasting memory of her. She was a really lovely Lady and we know she was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother. We will also have the image of you both jiving away and having a good time at Felixstowe, so please accept our very heartfelt condolences to you and your family. As you know, I wasn't an army wife. Jean always kindly made an effort to make me feel welcome and involved.
Frank, I have just heard the sad news from Bill Nietcher. I am So sorry to hear this tragic news. Jean always spoke to me when you brought her to the battalion or when we met up in the THeodore Bullfrog prior to our march past on remembrance day. She was a great lady, mother and grandmother and she will be missed by us all. My deepest and sincere condolences to you and all of your family atthis very sad time .
