Passed away suddenly at home following a short illness on the 14th May 2010 aged 51yrs. John or "Charlie as he was affectionly known will be sadly missed by all those who knew and served with him. Charlie was a Greenjacket through and through and loved the regiment and those he served with. He was a character who enjoyed socialising with his regimental friends and would do his best to help anyone if he could. After leaving the army he worked for GS4 security services for numerous years but still kept in touch with his army friends and was a keen member of the Winchester Branch RGJRA until his untimely passing. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. Celer et Audax
