SAD NEWS AGAIN I'M AFRAID

Peter McCracken (ex-WOII Band Serjeant Major) of 1 RGJ Band (ex OBLI 43rd & 52nd) passed away at Greenjacket Close at 1.30pm on 6th June

The cremation will take place at Salisbury Crematorium (Post Code SP1 3JB) at 1.45pm on 21 June 2011. Those atteding are requested to be seated by 1.40pm.

The Wake will be held at the Cross Keys Inn, Upper Chute, Andover, SP11 9ER.

My first Band Serjeant Major when I joined the Btn Band in 1967. A very good flautist, good hockey player - but a bad sportsman if you took the ball off him, he'd whack you across the shins as pay-back. Will be sadly missed. Rest in peace Peter.
