The Funeral of Joseph Hughes, late 2 KRRC who passed away recently will be held at Southend Crematorium, Sutton Road, Southend On Sea  on Tuesday July 5^th at 12-40. The KRRC Regimental Flag will be draped on the coffin and Last Post & Reveille will be sounded by Bugle Major Terry McCann. Any members wishing to attend will be made most welcome at the Service and afterwards for refreshments at The Freight House, Bradley Way, Rochford, SS4 1BU.  Josephs two older brothers who pre-deceased him were both present at the Battle of Calais in May 1940.
