Very shocked to hear about this. RIP Jock as you were one of the characters of B Coy when we were in Celle 68/70 and you carried that on when we reformed in 72. My sincere condolences to your family
Another one of the greats of the old 3RGJ. We spent a good week in Kyrenia during the UN tour in early 70s. The 4 of us Jock, Dave Askew, Mick Burton and myself had a weeks R&R. You will remember the Brigadier, that is quite some story. We will go over these stories when we meet again at the final parade.
RIP my friend my sincere condolences to your Family

Jock was an old and trusty friend. Always reliable when out in The Reservation off The Falls Road in the early days of NI strife - solid as a rock he always was. Always up for the craic, quick as lightening in his wit and lovely to be around.
It's a shock to hear he's gone, my heartfelt condolences to Jock's family, please know we loved him too.
So sad to hear of a dear friends passing. loyal, trusting and a great sense of humour. Always had a smile, even in the toughest conditions. Condolences to all Jocks family. RIP
