I was shocked to hear of Ken's passing today Ken was a true Green Jacket who helped me immensly in getting my caricatures known to our great Green Jacket family. This website is a great memorial to his devotion to this regiment. A good man a true Green Jacket you will be greatly missed Ken. All our condolences to your family.
Very sorry to hear of Ken's passing, One of the first person I met when joining the Battalion, my first platoon Sjt in Celle, Condolances to all his family, thanks for all the hard work that you put into getting this site up and running, will be sadly missed by all, Rest In Peace Ken.
A very sad day for the Regiment and Association, I served with Ken in 1RGJ, this and his work on Op BANNER tours in the early 1970s will be well remembered, as will his hard work on the Association Web site along with the publishing of the ezine and Swift and Bold he will be a hard act to follow. During my few years as Chairman of the Wiltshire Branch he has always had time to help and give advice.
Rest in peace Mucker, condolances to all the family
My sincerest condolences to the family. Ken was a very well known and respected RGJ, a great loss to the Association. Have a drink with your muckers in the FRV and good old catch up chat.
On behalf of all members of the KRRC/2GJ Association I extend sincere condolences to Penny and her family on their tragic loss. In my role as Hon Sec the KRRC Assn I was constantly in touch with Ken picking his brains as I strived to improve my PC skills, he was extremely patient never too busy to give of his time at any hour of the day or night. He will be sorely missed by all his fellow Riflemen. Rest In Peace
