All Green Jackets will be saddened to hear that Pauline Pascoe died in the early hours of Friday 8th March 2013 after a long and valiant battle with cancer.
Many GJ and RGJ will remember her with affection as General Bobs supportive wife during many years of Regimental Duty initially with the 43rd&52nd, with the 4th Bn Oxf & Bucks LI in Oxford, with 2GJ/2RGJ in Penang and again with 1RGJ, then with 2 RGJ in Oxford Bks Münster and when Bob Pascoe commanded
1 RGJ in Celle from 1971-74 and subsequently as Colonel Commandant 1 RGJ and then Representative Colonel Commandant The Royal Green Jackets and in many senior Staff and Command appointments in the UK, Germany and Northern Ireland.
General Bob and Pauline were married on 28 December 1955 in Tavistock.

We are so saddened to hear of Lady Paulines death and our thoughts and prayers go out to General Robert and the rest of the family. I met him at the 2012 reunion where we talked about our Celle days in the early 70's and he mentioned that Lady Pauline was not well. Condolences to all at this sad time.
I am saddened by the news of Lady Pascoe's fight with cancer has come to an end. My sincere condolences to General Sir Robert Pascoe and his family. Like most of our great officers, they had great ladies supporting them.
I am so very sorry to read of the passing of Lady Pascoe, a trully wonderful lady. I remember her from Celle. My sincerest condolences to all the family and friends, you will be surely missed by all. R.I.P.
