Following on from what has been said about Peter, although I did not serve along side him being 3RGJ but knew him through the family convection and I fully agree with all that has been said in his honour, I am sure that all the respect given by your posts have given Eva great comfort at this sad time, good by to a friend and fellow rifleman/WO 2.

Thank you so much for your kind contributions with regards the passing of my husband. My two remaining children and I we are busy preparing for his memorial service (May 2nd) and hoping Peter will get the send off he deserves. I feel truly humbled by the great response on this web-page. My best wishes and fond regards to you all!
