Smudge was a very good mate in and out of the Army we had many a good time together, and I known when he moved up north to live with this family my family miss them, but we kept in touch by phone. I was so please to see them all on by 60th birthday in March. My throughts are them at this time.
Sorry to hear about the death of Smudge Smith, a man who had time for me at all time, while i was in cadets and in my early years in the Regt. My thoughts go to Anne, Anne Mare, Kim, Tracey and Peter. Hope to see some of you at the reunion.
